“Heart blockage” was a popular term online a few years ago. On one hand, it reflects a feeling of discomfort after hearing or seeing something that doesn’t sit well with you. On the other hand, it refers to the actual blockage of the heart, which can be caused by negative emotions, leading to a series of heart problems.
Heart problems should not be taken lightly. Conditions like acute myocardial infarction, if not handled properly, can be life-threatening and are among the “silent killers” around us. However, it is often difficult for us to detect these issues early.
Recently, one of our students encountered this problem. Fortunately, it was resolved later. What exactly happened? Let’s take a look at his feedback and share with you:
On November 29, 2020, the partner of the person sharing the story suddenly suffered from acute myocardial infarction and was admitted to the ICU. After deciding against surgery, they were introduced to the “Yue Zhen Dong” (formerly known as Taiyang Tree) for treatment.
After just one day of vibration therapy, the condition noticeably improved. Over the next 20+ days, they continued the therapy every day, coupled with foot stomping and a vegetarian diet, and their overall condition improved. Subsequent medical tests showed that their indicators were returning to normal.
After leaving Taiyang Tree, they purchased vibration therapy equipment, including a therapy bed, and continued the vibration treatments and exercises daily. They reported feeling better than before the illness, with more energy. When they returned to work, they taught colleagues how to do the vibration therapy and patting exercises, and their colleagues remarked that it was as if they had become a different person.
Using this case as an example, today we will talk about heart conditioning and maintenance.
Later, you will understand that what seems like dangerous heart problems are actually very easy to prevent and recover from.
Signs and Causes of Heart Problem
The root cause of heart problems is the blockage of blood vessels around the heart.
The heart governs the blood vessels. Whether blood circulation is good depends on the heart. When the heart is calm, the blood vessels are smooth. When the heart is troubled, the blood vessels are blocked. Blocked blood flow not only causes discomfort in the chest but also leads to oxygen deficiency that spreads throughout the body.
Symptoms such as sore throat, shoulder pain, jaw pain, irritability, nausea, cold sweats, and rapid heartbeats may be signals of heart blockage.
So, why do blood vessels become blocked? The reasons are as follows:
1. Internal Emotional Factors
80% of human diseases originate from emotions, with only 20% from other causes.
Emotions such as hatred, if unresolved and suppressed, can block the chest and cause microcirculation blockages, leading to poor blood flow and eventually heart problems.
Acute heart disease is often caused by sudden anger, anxiety, or stress.
2. Excessive Joy
Excessive joy or surprise can also trigger heart problems. For example, in the case of the character Fan Jin in *Rulin Waishi*, his emotional response to passing the imperial examination led to a heart problem.
Vibration Therapy
To restore heart health, you can use vibration therapy. By tapping, it can remove microcirculation blockages around the heart, activating the body’s self-healing power to restore health.
Specific method:
Technique: Use the palm of your hand to tap on the heart and chest area. You can also make a loose fist and gently tap the same spot.
Duration: Usually, it’s best to spend at least half an hour, and the longer, the better. If you do this for more than 2 hours a day, you can feel the effects within two days.
Intensity: The stronger, the better, as long as it is within your tolerance range. Avoid feeling pain or experiencing tension and fear.
Frequency: Choose the frequency that feels the most relaxed and comfortable for your body.
In addition to tapping the heart area, you can also tap the liver and kidneys, along with stomping your feet.
If you persist with this, gradually, the heart will become unblocked, and the problem will be solved.
In addition, with a proper diet and maintaining a calm mood, health can gradually be restored. It’s worth mentioning that compared to diseases in other organs of the body, heart issues tend to show the fastest results.
This is because the heart is the central hub of the entire blood circulation, the area with the most abundant supply of Qi and blood. Once the blood vessels are unblocked, heart problems can be alleviated.
Possible Reactions
During the body’s self-healing process, some reactions may occur, such as palpitations, chest tightness, and shortness of breath. At this time, you can reduce the intensity, or you may seek a professional vibration therapist to effectively avoid such situations.
Some people may also experience emotional reactions, such as crying or anger during the adjustment process. These are normal manifestations of the body’s recovery.
Comprehensive Healing
Vibration therapy can indeed help us resolve blockages in the body, but to achieve long-lasting health, what is more important is to manage our emotions well, allowing us to approach things with ease, peace, and tranquility.
As we mentioned earlier, 80% of our illnesses stem from our own emotions, and emotions arise from an “unacceptable” perspective within ourselves. Simply put, no one gets angry about something they think should happen, so those who can let go of their own perspective are able to avoid being affected by emotions in various situations.
If you can first sense your emotions in the moment, and allow them to naturally release without venting or suppressing them, emotions will flow through us and not affect us, and the “heart” will no longer be blocked.
By being able to see the perspective behind our emotions and learning to let go of that perspective, such emotions will be unlikely to appear in our lives, and we will be freed from the constraints of perspective, beginning a transformation.
In the end, achieving “not elated by external things, nor saddened by oneself” allows the heart to achieve lasting peace. This is the true path to long-lasting health.
To achieve this, the best method is:
- Enhance awareness, recognize the emotions that arise, and not get entangled in them. Be able to detach and observe the emotions, understanding the perspective behind them;
- Being able to change perspectives, using some methods or exercises to step out of your own point of view, seeing the bigger picture, and freely using different perspectives without being constrained by past ones;
- When managing emotions and improving awareness, using vibration therapy to unblock the body in advance can prevent physical pain from holding you back.
In the YUE Vibration online and offline courses, methods related to enhancing awareness and managing emotions will be explained in detail, guiding you to restore your original physical and mental health freely. There are also professional vibration therapists available to assist you.
Summary:
Understanding the principle, sticking to self-vibration, or seeking a vibration therapist for treatment to unblock physical “heart congestion” will easily maintain and restore heart health.
If you can effectively manage emotions and maintain a peaceful mindset, you can resolve emotional “heart congestion” and completely eliminate the root causes of heart problems!
