Vibration Therapy Guide | Just Five Days of Tapping, and Her Breast Health Improved Significantly

Many female friends face breast issues, such as breast hyperplasia, breast pain, nodules, and cysts. In severe cases, even breast cancer.

Although breast issues vary, they can all be treated with vibration therapy through the simple action of tapping.

One of our students also encountered breast issues, and through self-vibration therapy, she experienced significant improvement within five days. Let’s take a look at her sharing!

This student has breast hyperplasia, feels discomfort in her chest, and it always feels hard, like swollen milk.

After learning the vibration therapy technique, she began self-vibration therapy.

She does self-vibration therapy for about 10-15 minutes daily, roughly the time it takes to apply a face mask. Sometimes she taps while walking.

At first, it was very painful when she tapped, but she persisted and continued tapping with strength. After three days, the pain was much less than on the first day.

By the fifth day, the chest tightness and swelling had eased significantly. Although there were still lumps inside, they no longer hurt as much.

She happily said, “I believe that with daily tapping, it won’t be long before everything is smooth and unobstructed!”

We are very pleased to see that vibration therapy has improved her breast issues in a short period of time.

There are many other cases where breast hyperplasia, cysts, nodules, and swelling have been completely healed after using this method for a period of time. Today, through this student’s share, we will explain the therapy for breast hyperplasia, cysts, nodules, and swelling issues.

Pathogenic Factors

Breast hyperplasia, cysts, nodules, and swelling are fundamentally caused by blocked microcirculation in the breast.

Traditional Chinese medicine says, “No circulation, no pain.” If the microcirculation in the breast is blocked, naturally, there will be swelling, nodules, and cysts.

If one path of microcirculation is blocked, the body may try to establish another path, leading to breast hyperplasia.

Internal Factors

Most breast issues arise from emotional problems in relationships, often triggered by anger.

Additionally, glandular diseases are also related to emotional suppression.

Actually, men also have breasts and can experience breast issues, although the incidence rate is lower than that of women.

This is because, compared to men, women are more emotional and sensitive to their feelings and emotions. If they cannot properly handle and cope with these emotions, especially if they suppress them, it can easily lead to breast problems.

Some female friends go to the hospital for an ultrasound, and there are no abnormalities, but they already feel breast swelling and discomfort.

This is mostly because microcirculation has already started to clog, but it hasn’t reached the point where it can be detected yet. The ultrasound cannot detect it, but if no adjustment is made, this trend will continue and lead to obvious symptoms.

External Factors

Some external factors can also affect breast health.
For example, greasy food, a fondness for sweets, wearing tight bras that compress blood circulation, and long-term use of hormone-containing health supplements.

Vibration Therapy Method

So how can vibration therapy be used for conditioning?

Vibration Position and Direction for the Breasts:

  1. Vibrate from directly above the breast down to the collarbone.
  2. Vibrate from the armpit horizontally to the center of the breast.

You can also lie down directly and vibrate or tap the cyst or hyperplasia areas, or simply tap where it hurts.

Attention:

  1. When standing, do not vibrate the breast from the front to avoid injury to the mammary glands, but it is fine to do so while lying down.
  2. Avoid directly tapping the nipple to prevent damage to it.

Intensity and Duration:

The intensity should start light and gradually increase.

One hour per day.

However, if you don’t have breast-related issues and are simply performing breast care, you can tap for 15-20 minutes each day.

In addition, for those who tend to get angry, besides vibrating and tapping the mammary glands, you should also vibrate and tap the liver for more than 20 minutes daily.

Possible healing reactions

During the vibration therapy process, some improvement reactions may also occur.

For example, emotional release may occur during vibration therapy, where you may feel sadness, irritation, or even burst into tears. Do not suppress it; relax and experience the emotion, letting it be released.

During the therapy process, you may experience discomfort such as pain, soreness, fullness, or itching. These are reactions during the body’s self-repair process when toxins are being expelled from the affected area. We call this an improvement reaction.

After experiencing these reactions, you should continue with the therapy. Gradually, these uncomfortable sensations will fade, and you will feel more refreshed and relaxed, with your body becoming healthier and more transparent.

We all hope to be healthy, but true health is actually about restoring the body and mind to their original, normal state, and healing is the process of removing abnormalities.
